Equine-Assisted Leadership

Apply to Work
in The Arena

This experience is not for everyone.
The application helps us both find out if you're ready.

The Arena is a three-hour immersive leadership experience. It works at the level of the nervous system — not the whiteboard. You will be in a physical space with a horse, with your own patterns, and with whatever pressure you've been carrying.

This time together is about your instinct as a leader and whether you can navigate pressure with empathy, intent, and the transformational power to lead.

There are no wrong answers, only honest ones. Please answer as truthfully as you can — this protects both of us and ensures the work is worth your time and investment.

The Application

Your name

Date of birth

Your email

Your current role and how you work

Your title and industry, and how you actually operate — your pace, your style, how you show up day to day.

What are your professional goals?

Where are you trying to go — and what's in the way?

How would you evaluate your leadership skills at the present time?

Be honest with yourself. What's working, what isn't, and what do you not yet fully understand about how you lead?

What draws you to The Arena?

Not the polished answer. The real one.

What leadership challenge are you facing that conventional training hasn't touched?

The thing the frameworks and offsites haven't reached.

The Arena works at the level of the body, not just the mind. When you're in an emotionally charged moment, what happens inside you?

Choose the answer that's most honest, not most flattering.

Have you worked with a coach, therapist, or somatic practitioner before?

Are you currently under the care of a mental health professional or taking psychiatric medication?

This is not a disqualifying question — it's important context for keeping this experience safe and effective for you.

Is there anything that would make it difficult for you to be fully present in an emotionally intense, physically grounded experience?

Injuries, recent losses, active crisis — anything that feels relevant to share.

What does "ready" mean to you right now?
